An employee of the medical facility discovered the dog on the sidewalk outside of the building where Dolan was receiving treatment. After that, Dorado and another coworker assisted Rivera in down seventy flights of stairs, a process that took about an hour. Rivera claims that he owes his life to his loyal dog since the building fell shortly after they evacuated the tower.
